To revive and grow disadvantaged communities in Eastern Tennessee by facilitating access to value-added goods and services, sometimes at no cost to residents, while actively managing price pressures due to ever-changing economic conditions on the larger scales

- repair, renovation or construction of housing for seniors and/or persons who are physically- or economically-disadvantaged
Promote & Grow
- Microloans, grants or PRIs for disadvantaged or startup businesses
- Skills training, counseling or assistance
About Us
We come from backgrounds in business, manufacturing and agriculture, with a passion for helping others in our region, with assistance that may not be available in even the best of circumstances.
Microlending, Grants and Program-Related Investments
We research small businesses and sole proprietors involved in construction, manufacturing and agriculture, and reach out to offer financial and/or skills assistance, to invest in our neighbors.
